Utilities for viewing and manipulating graphic files.

This page provides a list of tools available for viewing and manipulating graphic files of various formats (e.g. BMP, GIF, JPEG, TIFF etc.). Image viewers, or graphic file managers, typically allow you to load, manipulate and save graphic files. Use the links provided to download the latest version of these tools. 

We have Adobe on the lab computers -- it is a sophisticated program that should be able to handle any raster graphic file and produce just about any effect you desire.
