1) All issues and questions relating to CWL, myUBC, myVPN, Interchange, Exchange, and wireless access are handled by UBC ITServices.  You can call 604-822-4115 for an automated network status report or 604-822-2008 for their helpdesk.

2) Please check out our FAQs first to find the answers to known issues and common queries.

3) Please report all problems and refer any remaining questions to our mailing list support.  You should get a response by the next business day.
